as we had a dog, room was a ground floor disabled room between noisy laundry and outside bins area

the kids loved having a room of their own next to us

on sunday morning at 7am was when the laundry wagon arrived below our window and many noisy crates were pushed

a little grime in the bathroom that had to be cleaned before the the kids and i used it

what we got was a lodge outside the hotel right next to the laundry room, we had to pass cages of dirty linen

enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the restaurant food was good and staff friendly and efficient

kitchen was equipped with everything required for our short stay

large rooms fully equipped kitchen and very close to the sea front

the usual facilities were provided for the room but no laundry bag

our room was opposite the laundry store room and the noise started v early which was a shame

from the room was outstanding staff were exceptional and friendly lovely bar and restaurant

asked for an early check in as we had travelled far for my daughter s graduation and we wanted to freshen up

they should have a word with the laundry service who do the towels

every floorboards was very creaky and the pool area needs a good wash down especially the roof

gym, everything worked, nice gym environment with no silly clinical rules about what you can and

steep hills to enter the hotel, very hard to manage with kids and a stroller

also, a room service option with some hot sandwiches (not a big menu) would add good value

i love the spa ,sauna and jacuzzi was perfect english breakfast

indoor pool times restricted for kids so we couldn t go in the pool after check-in but had to wait until 6pm

sky bar wasn t open due to covid ,i didn t notice when booking this was closed i m not sure if

it was very clean and included swimming pool, sauna, steam room, etc, breakfast was plentiful

we used the car park and were unfortunately blocked in by a laundry lorry when it was time for us to leave,

feeling from the entrance through to the internal and external pool, the gym, the two restaurants, the rooms

we used outdoor pool/spa/ indoor pool/ room service/ restaurant and gym

the decor both in the room and in the circulation area and bar / restaurant and the location of the hotel couldn

both pools are excellent great stuff for kids and my dog loved it too

room size, location, kitchenette, helpful and friendly staff, flexibility, pet friendly.

the single bed wasn't suitable for a pet to sleep on, very uncomfortable

the hotel as it was close to the harbour and we had a ferry to catch in the morning and it was pet friendly for

pallets of laundry being dragged under my window at 7am on a saturday

noise outside my room from the laundry collection twice a day

laundry van also loading/unloaded directly outside our room at 7am - no attempt to be quiet or

everyday there was something blocking our way to the lift, bin bags with laundry in the lift and corridor and

pool was full of kids, which is only to be expected during school holidays but it may be nice to have some time

both me and partner were very itchy in bed, i couldn t see any bugs so possibly the laundry detergent

facilities and accommodation was wonderful. swimming pool and spa was excellent place to relax.

it was quiet, pleasant surroundings, plenty of parking, lovely view from room

said pet friendly but no pets were allowed anywhere on the ground only too and from the room too car

breakfast was really good too, one of the best we've had

the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and looked smart, the lobby area and bar were clean

it was also great that the hotel had a bar and the staff where very welcoming and nice

free parking on the hotel too and they let us stay parked there after we checked out so we

were in room 198 omg laundry deliveries etc next to out window early morning and late at night hotel needs update

had the view of laundry cleaners, fan was broken and super loud all night, despite the fan being on i could

room just by internal and external hotel laundry storage with trolleys drugged down up and down not allowing

wasn't clean and our view looked onto cages of dirty laundry and a dirty mattress

bed bedding smell of laundry detergent, king size bed not align properly, gap between two beds together

the staff were very unhelpful and forgot to send our laundry twice

breakfast was very good, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the kids’ colouring pack provided
