good stay here - comfortable, quiet room, friendly staff, quick wifi. all of my boxes: ticked.

we liked everything about the hotel from room service to the staff who were great

kids couldn't sleep on it so i ended up giving the double bed to them and trying to sleep on the

there was a self service laundry for guests with washers and dryers on the 3rd floor, but following the

cold, the steam room was under bright light which made it feel more dentist chair than tranquil spa moment, and

the fact that the pool and gym were included in the price, which was lovely to relax in after a long day at

no tea bags in the kitchen. check out was too early seeing as though check in was 16:00

the only place to get a drink was the bar and it was a long walk

we had to ask for a room change initially as we overlooked the laundry but the staff were quick to act and we

room was a little dark and looked out over the laundry bins, was okay just as somewhere to sleep over

we were in a room above the laundry area so was quite noisy at times.

we ate in the brassiere which was exceptional, and to top off our stay we enjoyed room service for a yummy

housekeeping staff all sitting in corridor surrounded by bags of laundry each morning not a good look

we chose an apartment for laundry facilities and to cook for ourselves which we did every night except the

beautiful place with great staff. the breakfast and bar are fantastic

of parking and just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants , but in a quiet side street
