on arrival the staff where verry welcoming room cosy. kids loved the hotel as it had character

also the maids were doing laundry in the afternoon while i was trying to make up for lost sleep during the

bed was as bouncy as a kids trampoline, the bed linen and pillows were very poor quality

self and partner stayed for a night after a spa day and felt that comfortable and relaxed we stayed in the room

i don't understand why the charge is per night when no extra laundry or cleaning is needed after the first night

thing i can really mention is the free wifi didn't work well in our room, unless you stood right by the door,

nice and quiet. parking, well decorated, helpful staff and great value

location , parking and value for money, friendly owner.

woken up at 7am on the sunday morning by the linen laundry company dragging trollies across the car park and

the spa and massage that liz done to me shes a lovely lady, and barbara in reception very friendly, i

absolutely beautiful place we loved the pool area

the pool and spa were very good and the breakfast very tasty

member of staff (the pool check-in desk) was really unfriendly and made checking in quite uncomfortable

when we left our room we found multiple bags of laundry piled against our door

travelling for 2 weeks thought i would get laundry done omg i nearly died at the price 82 which equates to $

laundry getting collected each morning woke us up

check i'm 11 but we ask them if we checkout 12 is it ok they agreed but charged extra £30 for late check out

from hotel to the piers is quite far with kids but nothing that a taxi can't sort out which the hotel is happy
