no wifi

good location in the city centre easy check-in pet-friendly fast wi-fi

i would definitely come stay again kids really enjoyed it and loved every minute

was very accommodating and even welcomed us upon arrival with a welcome tray of goodies which the kids

the wifi signal was poor on the top floor (but mostly usable)

out to the landing easy and into the room, dirty plugs had smears of something on them, the wifi didn t work

lotion was great and the room.we was not offered breakfast

all we could hear was a woman screaming, shouting, and bawling at her kids from 5am in the morning, cups and

was welcoming and gave us an early check in which was very helpful to us

space was comfy for my kids! they kids had fun!

only other issue was fresh towels having the scent of smoke on them, assuming whoever does the laundry is a

is excellent for central blackpool, the staff where warm and welcoming and great with the kids

rushed to get us an early check in so we could get out and enjoy our day, the beds were extremely comfy and like

we like a cup of tea and my kids like a drink over night so we had to store milk & pop in the sink

staff very friendly. bar excellent. room large and comfortable.

they were especially brilliant with my 2 young kids and made them feel at home

it felt homely and the staff were great with the kids
