the staff on reception and in the bar were exceptional friendly, welcoming and very helpful

house keeping was due to bring this to us when delivery of laundry received but never arrived

no laundry arranged when i pushed them they took 3 days to finish one bag.

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin
