i had asked for a nice room with a view however when we arrived, we had a view of the noisiest kitchen extractor

individual hotel with lots of character, easy to find and plenty of free parking

staff, welcome and food (dinner and breakfast) were all exemplary

easy dish for clearly exceptional kitchen team, evening meal was

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin

house keeping was due to bring this to us when delivery of laundry received but never arrived

brilliant stay me n the kids loved it staff so friendly room was clean and all ready breakfast was amazing defo

in room 19 which behind it is a court yard with the used laundry is kept was woken up at about 6 30 am with

i was lucky to have a early check in without any extra cost.

went to buy two cokes from the bar to take to our room , the bar had cashed up so they couldn t sell me them

the gym was good but had cobwebs on the equipment and was very dusty

we had food through room service and it was wonderful.

always try to accommodate any extra needs food amazing never disappointed , we love the place and pool and spa

there was no phone in the room to be able to call room service.

but as we couldn't take the dog in the main restaurant which is understandable, we ate in the bar / lounge area
