room was very cold and was next to a laundry room where a man kept walking back and forth past our window pushing

arrival the first floor was littered with dirty laundry

in room 19 which behind it is a court yard with the used laundry is kept was woken up at about 6 30 am with

carpet in my room had a few stains on the floor but as i had a pet with me it didnt bother me too much

get hotel wifi on the top floor (7th) but didn't really bother me

another evening we ordered room service dinner - fish and chips - it arrived within about 20 minutes, piping

a wedding and the staff were very accommodating and arranged for our room to be ready for an early check in
