did have to step over the laundry when going down the stairs with our suitcases which is not ideal

the laundry was piled up in the hall when i left at 8:30 on a saturday, sort of ruined the ambiance

room was comfortable can t comment on the food and breakfast as we didn t eat there staff friendly and

we didn't eat at the hotel however took advantage of the 24 hour room service, great selection of drinks and

was a little warm but the main thing was wifi was playing up, but that is being very picky

stay the tv in our room didn t connect to the wifi so they amazingly upgraded our room to the best room they

cleaners were in the hallways hoovering, but the room had dirty laundry

the other night woke us up throwing a some kind of shipment--like a large round laundry packs--at 4 in the

nothing - all was fine. pints at bar would have been good

also the wifi is a bit temperamental down there

the bar in the evening is also excellent

there is a stench of damp as you walk in - realistically this is because of bags of laundry left at the foot

i'm not sure if it's the hotel laundry room but there was what sounded like a tumble drier next to my head that

especially the 5am woke up call from the laundry lorry crashing around outside the window for an hour

wet and had sticky slippery floors and was quite smelly as staff use them to transport bins and laundry

everything worked in the sauna, steam room and the pool was a good size and the breakfast was a real delight

did you ask for a laundry bag and a price list

you need, the room was clean and smelt amazing, breakfast was outstanding and the gym, sauna, swimming pool and

gym maybe needs updating, but that's it

the gym’s pretty well equipped too and the kids loved the pool

was great to have a pool for the kids and we used it every day

the room itself was disappointing- the room was left dirty/dusty with the previous guests dirty laundry in the

hotel is frankly depressing, with wallpaper peeling off the wall and having to pass through dirty laundry

room service charge is extremely expensive

the bar staff were slow on the orders and some were unaware of items and specials being served.

then at 7am your laundry truck was right below our window - staff were wheeling bins over a corrugated ramps

think i was charged £542 for one night is awful the room was so noisy above the bin collection kids coming out

helpful and accommodating staff, from our arrival at reception, help with luggage, friendly bar staff and service

kids in the restaurant, maybe a one off, but not what i was after on anniversary meal, easpecially

room we had did feel like the pet room; i understand not all rooms can be suitable / available for pets but when

ridiculously thin walls. got about 2 hours sleep. think i was near a laundry room or something.

for families as the double bed is a very thin uncomfortable sofa pullout, which we decided the kids would have

good to be able to drop bags early and nice late check out

for amenities comfortable room, breakfast was very good liked that hotel would look after our luggage the day

their complimentary pastries are so helpful when travelling with a family with small kids, it’s very much

they also lost some of our clothes for the laundry and it wasn t until the last day that they could locate

iron in room and laundry service is offsite so just to have an outfit ironed would have taken 2 days

room need to have more options like iron box, cheaper options for laundry and a small fridge

would be lovely to have bags available in the room to store used/dirty laundry before returning to my travel

when we arrived there was dirty laundry piled up outside our room door and used crockery.

it s great that this hotel is pet friendly and was very accommodating for our dog

well equipped room, breakfast buffet was really good & we used the gym which was well equipped

didnt use the spa so can't comment on that

breakfast is an absolute dream, everything you could want and room service is hot and tasty

having to wait for clean ones as chambermaid said they were waiting on the laundry

friendly and helpful staff. the egg guy at breakfast is a great touch.
