laundry being moved in the dining room whilst eating

the smell in the corridor was vile due to other residents staying and throwing dirty smelly laundry in the

only gripe pool out of action. but problems happen

for a golf tournament

whole hotel was really clean, staff were all friendly and the wifi and breakfast were both great

they also did not provide laundry services and directed us to go to town and use the public launderette

kids running around in the bar as we tried to eat and relax, noise from the rom next door kept us

very small bathroom. kids running around at breakfast, i nearly trod on one!

are great, bar and food was good, spa and gym was good, been here loads of times and will continue to do so

for executive room no towelling robe as described room by laundry so we could hear the noise very early in the

clean. comfortable and well cooked food. evening meals and breakfast.

guest wifi free and connected easily without messing about setting up an account but wasn t very good

of a reliability issue with one of the ev chargers but the close proximity of the chargers meant we could watch

wifi in our bedroom was unreliable, but easily solved by the staff

in the car park with smashed windows, no milk in the room, shower intermittent pressure, dirty laundry bags

plenty of parking

fireplace in the bar, comfy room all facilities very good, excellent helpful staff who are very

room was very clean and staff was really helpful when it came to question regarding times and parking etc, great

kids running around in the bar/lounge, from the function party

quite basic with options of burgers, pizza, pasta etc but very nice and would be good options for kids too

breakfast was excellent. kids eating free a real bonus. staff friendly room request met

the equipment in the gym needs an upgrade

a bit more on the leisure side gym /pool /bigger garden

the bar was also good with great choices of lagers, wines and spirits

very up to date bathroom , how ever i was so relaxed in my bed i kind of slept late and missed breakfast even

bar area for dinner had a lovely christmas atmosphere

staff, nice comfortable pet friendly room

the wifi fixed, couldn't get on wifi.

there is a laundry but you need pound coins to use them which i didn't have

lack of healthy food in kids menu.

is a pet friendly hotel and there were some badly trained dogs barking in the communal areas

the hotel also had ample parking spaces

secondly, kids have absolutely no way to enjoy the pools or any of water-related facilities at the hotel
