the breakfast eggs were fresh and delicious, and the espresso drinks were great

parking space

parking is not easy

picky some laundry bags left outside room which i eventually asked reception to get moved, which they then

laundry taken out of the front entrance to load into a van not good

when we booked in the corridor to our room 206 had a pile and dirty laundry opposite the room and further along

wifi in hotel very poor - low signal.

has superb spa facilities, gym and pool

spa felt a little tired and the refreshments were very expensive and not very imaginative / healthy

the bar is acceptable

staff are very friendly and plenty of parking

we used the pool, gym and massage

we had a cottage close to the spa with a very large room

stayed here for 2 nights with free car parking and went for a meal one of the nights in the restaurant downstairs

can t do enough very friendly bar great food exclusive breakfast out standing clean very warm love

wrappers left under furniture by cleaning team. no room service.

the drinks in the bar wasn t expensive either which is a plus, breakfast was nice too

the building is nice, the golf theme and the british pattern look very well

price of food and having to pay extra for room service for the price should all be included and also having to

wifi included which was good

but there were no fans in the pet area, couldnt open the windows but a fan or two woulld have cooled it down

only thing i was at all concerned about was that while the wifi was free, it was not password protected

food was good and service quick. they welcomed my pet dog too.

i also appreciated that the room included free wifi

the staff were very friendly, especially sarah from room service such a lovely, kind and helpful lady

breakfast was affordable and had great options for kids- beans on toast around £3 and kids’ breakfast for

the bar wasn t open (due to covid)

perfect location- facilities were great - lovely swimming pool

little more info on the spa and menus in the bedroom would have been useful.

old victorian build very nice lovely swimming pool and gym old but very well maintained

location is amazing. sea view was fantastic. room service was lovely. bed is comfortable.

the gym and pool facilities were also top notch

parking could be a problem there is a hotel car park at the back on first come first served

wifi was hit and miss, kept dropping out and whilst reported still wasn t resolved when we

room exceptionally warm, fan very noisy. bar prices higher than expected

staff tip top. accommodation lovely. parking great. looking forward to staying again.

when we checked out, we were held up for 15 minutes while laundry was delivered and picked up

finally, the additional spacing of clientele in lounges, bars, restaurant & the bar next door was always

my only concern was the free wifi.... mine only worked downstairs

parking. the weekend we were there it was not easy to find a parking space.

no information in room on which wifi to connect to but we managed to figure it out was it was quite easy in

had a room with a lovely view but close to the kitchen so the extractor fans came on at 7am and stopped at 10

there was a slight issue in the kitchen with the grill so we didn t try the dinner menu but the beer was good
