pool was great and best of all, they have temascals you can book at no extra cost

around pool (and my room next to pool), wifi was sometimes a bit too weak or lost.

stayed at the rooms at the back, nearer the road and pool and they were kinda dark and stuffy

poor or no lighting along the path from bungalows to reception and parking lot

restaurant porch coffee bar was available for early risers and that workers in the restaurant arrived earlier

area which we weren't aware of, and on one of the days there wasn't enough beds/seats around the pool for everyone

the hotel is very nice, the service is super friendly, it has a restaurant and room service with reasonable

good value for breakfast

staff were very friendly, included breakfast was wonderful and huge - just note that a drink is not included

free breakfast was plain and it was deliciously filling

also the breakfast options were nice, though the service was slow

i paid an obscene amount for laundry, 90+, where i have previously been paying 20 for the same amount

tried to charge my over $100 for a load of laundry- claiming the prices are in usd when nothing else in entire

you had to send your clothes to laundry to get them pressed

in fact they forced us to use their laundry service - which was expensive

views, gardens, heated pool and jacuzzi, fireplace

wifi is excellent, shower is hot, can't praise casa miranda enough
