the only problem is the my room i had alot noise from the laundry room aprt from that alls well

only gripe and it's a very first world one is the wifi was not powerful enough to react the bedrooms

parking was possible either just a few steps from the entrance to the hotel (free of charge only

the family room had plenty of space with tv & wifi, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of beverages

we were given permission to park at the rear of the property but it is limited parking

hot water, a comfortable walk to town, was able to do laundry there, the housekeeper was very sweet

wifi code didnt work

(but my room was absolutely fine with good bed, shower, tv, kitchen area

not only that but they're upgrading some of their rooms to include mini kitchenettes and have transformed on

nowhere to sit! no chairs. no kitchen facilities. the premises look very unfinished.

outside our room was blocked by chairs, a large tray with glasses etc on it, and a very large laundry bag full

the property has a personal feel. it s location is good plenty of parking.

stay, except wifi was a bit slow in our room, probably due to its position

ev charger parking not controlled and non evs parked there even though other spaces were free

on the day we stayed kids running up and down the corridor best part of the night screaming and shouting

the only thing that was good very disappointing unclean rooms that require updating the bar was a laundry keep

also - lots of laundry bags in the area on the approach to the bar- the area looked messy

the breakfast was excellent staff were brilliant

wouldn't book that room again as the daily laundry delivery was so noisy outside window it woke us

dinner and breakfast, eventually decided to have in the hotel, only informed in the restaurant kids eat free

lift was a little clunky and scared the kids at one point

central location, spa facilities. value for money was excellent

be looked as as we were woken quite early by the people above us getting out early for their golf

the kids liked the tv in the bath. the pool and the spacious downstairs

will definitely be back again and look forward to using the gym

location and easy parking, the staff were excellent, they went out of their way to help

breakfast served in the room. dont know why as the restaurant and bar were open as usual.

it is an attractive property with car parking, and serves food with tables to eat in or outdoors

smart, good parking, attentive young staff, great value and location.

stains but later told rust marks from laundry provider on bed sheets

there also seemed to be no way of ordering room service as no information on how to use the phone to call

family run property with wonderful scottish breakfasts and very good value bar meals

was lovely and peaceful but not too far from places to visit the hotel was lovely and clean the bar was well

we arrived to ordering a glass of wine, having dinner and enjoying our overnight stay and then breakfast in the

staff were excellent i was actually late for breakfast and they mustered up a super breakfast

the breakfast, small spread but enjoyable, and pet friendly

we also walked by the river and kids had fun

wifi does not work. flashing in wc fors not work.

to breakfast unfortunately not so good it was cold and and chewy our room i think was above the laundry room it

parking can be challenging on busy days

they do offer laundry, but the machines just down the road at the petrol station are very convenient, and

4 wheel parking on the public highway is a lottery, but we were lucky to land at the back door.
