of booking & friendly check in & very helpful ensuring off street parking overnight of my

friendly felt safe nice breakfast safe parking for my motorcycle close to main street for shops places to eat

breakfast and price were all excellent, will definitely stay again when i'm back working in annan

the only problem is the my room i had alot noise from the laundry room aprt from that alls well

wifi was patchy, ( but didn't check to see if this could be rectified as was late at night)

no evening meals served but i think this was due to covid & staff. bar was open which was good

continental breakfast was very good and we were offered cooked eggs of our choice, my husband and i were very

wifi very slow

outside our room was blocked by chairs, a large tray with glasses etc on it, and a very large laundry bag full

kids running up and down the corridors yelling, which isn't the hotel's fault but was really

with a new quality bathroom ,the most comfortable bed i've slept in for years with a fantastic bar and restaurant

wifi was a bit variable in the room but we had good 4g so it wasn't an issue.

when in the room we decided to get room service, the internal phones were not working and when l phoned the

comfortable and clean, lovely grounds, great breakfast, a cosy bar and easy parking

from decor and finishing touches in the cottage, to breakfast at the hotel, it all felt beautifully wholesome

allergic to animals so struggle a bit with dogs but it is made very clear that it is pet friendly, they must

lovely peaceful hotel suite was lovely and spa bath was really good

wifi didn't work in my room too good
