excellent value for money, bar close by and restaurant over the road. perfect for what we wanted

wifi was good

sized room with fridge, good sized bathroom with good showers & hot water, decent wifi connection

the only thing was that there was no bar in the hotel, but it wasn't a big deal

wifi was not free and very expensive, no room service for breakfast had to have a packed picnic

in room wifi was impossible, i couldnt do any realistic work without getting really frustrated

high bar prices and cost for residents using some of the spa facilities.

drunks peoples was totally out off order in bar of the pool and in a kids pool at some point naked

lovely foyer , parking was good staff helpful and breakfast was good

we did not eat there but the bar was nice to have a drink

wifi in room total rubbish when it got a signal, workmen staying in hotel loud in hallway, tv only

the hotel is very modern and clean and my husband enjoyed using the facilities at the gym

fault we could mention is that they have no irons available and only an expensive laundry service

stayed here before , expected spa facility ( i had not read small print when booking that spa is out of action

bed and bed clothes were wonderful, room service absolutely perfect, nice view from windows!

wifi had some issues

we were unlucky with noisy neighbors and it made for a somewhat awkward time with our kids

very dog friendly and the parking directly in front of the hotel was very good

30 am when a truck picks up laundry

of our balcony there were towels hanging over balconies all around, making the area look like a laundry

impressed with the indoor spa pool, and with the overall high quality and standard of cleanliness throughout

channels on tv ( but i didn't go on holiday to watch tv so wasn't a real problem) the terrace bar prices were

hotel was clean the breakfast was great fresh omelettes in the morning the spa was superb went in every day we

clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, good wifi, excellent breakfast, nice big pool, superb breakfast, nice

music should be played by the pool - especially as there is already music played in the poolside bar - so further

a wonderful hotel, great staff, great restaurants and bar staff by the pool!

gym needs to be cleaned and there was no wipes to clean the machines after use

as we have the hiltons honors membership , we were told we would have access to underground parking but when

the laundry prices were a little high but we appreciate reasons for that

there s also a well-equipped gym, free to use

i managed a quick dip in the pool between the thunder storms

the rooftop bar was a nice touch too

duly turned it around to please make up the room and arriving back around 7 hours later the room service

the gym was very handy to be able to use

facilities for breakfast outside if you have a pet

cushion , i'm not allergic to animals, but can make me a little itchy , i didn't know it was a pet friendly

room service was a disaster, as the restaurant staff were up to their eyes with people coming in

also, when they mention a pool, it s important to note that it s not owned by the hotel you have to pay
