room service had to get our own towels down at the laundry room put our trash outside our door they would take

5 nights, no housecleaning, had to go to laundry office to exchange towels etc, no bed clothes changing, no

we had to take our towels to the laundry room so that we could get new clean towels, and they had no one to

the common areas were good, and the gym had the best sunrise view

the pool was just the right size and there weren't too many kids at this location and a short walk to the beach

the laundry facilities closed at night although this was not reflected in the materials in the room or

we saw ants in the room, arcade needs repairs, and the laundry room dryers (which we got fixed)

we had a blast with the kids!

with our group of 11 that included 5 kids they handled us phenomenally
