it seemed to us the kitchen might be understaffed

also the spa facilities are so good it just needs pool

view from the balcony , the staff was absolutely friendly and welcoming, plenty of parking, beautiful walk to

parking could be better. you can pay to reserve a space.

breakfast was lovely and the way it was done to avoid contact worked very well with the separate

we would have loved to get spa treatments but unfortunately they were fully booked so it could be worth mentioning

had been thought through carefully to minimise disruption to visitors, only the spa and gym were closed-

there was no card in the room with wifi or breakfast timings and no one to ask

some of best staff i've ever seen at any hotel....and so pet friendly.

just a really lovely place to stay. nice to have a gym, pool and spa onsite. food was divine.

we had a view of the laundry room a big white wall felt like we were in prison, could hear water gushing from

the restaurant makes an excellent full english breakfast and the pesto gnocchi in particular

they also have a laundry service which was fantastic

from the room (we were expecting a front see view) laundry along the walking area always the beds were two

towel was folded and i would guess the problem was missed by laundry
