also an unexpected bonus was the availability of an ev charger for our use

we also liked that there were no dogs in the bar area where we served our meals

great staff and evening meal, they did put me up a continental type breakfast as i was away

no problems with wifi good english breakfast served

the location was 10 min walk to mousehole and had plenty of parking on site

i say everything because we wanted to do some laundry but there wasn't

rooms too hot to sleep in, especially the penventon suite situated above the laundry

some loud kids and adults with no table manners, sadly you can't escape them these days.

the positive side, the play tent for the kids in the room was a huge hit, and we loved the swimming pool (though

room service order was forgotten and information folder had misleading information about times of

delay in laundry turn around time - was in fact greater than promised 24 hour service

laundry service - clothes were laundered but returned un-ironed and creased.

stayed in room 30 and directly below my window all night cages of laundry were being dragged around outside

of room - a better placed mirror (too dark) and table and/or drawers for getting ready dirty laundry left for

laundry service and a team from housekeeping that keep the hotel spotless

could be a little slow at times, particularly breakfast, but this wasn't a problem as we weren't in a rush

secret cinema and kids play room were a great bonus for our 2 year old

and room furnishings were lovely, bed was very comfy, location and the restaurant and bar (both upstairs and

there is car parking but it is in the public car park, a 5 minute walk away

unloading luggage is not great and parking is not ideal but works

were expecting a spa hotel and noticed that this had been removed from the hotel signage

disappointed that we booked middle cottage so we could cook in the kitchen during our 4 night stay
