didn t like the fact that they didn t have wifi , the data service is poor when you re in the rooms and

wifi didnt work

also the pool was a good size for playing in with the kids

there was a teens games room, kids activities and entertainment from bands and dj in the evenings

building has a washer and dryer in it except c building and i wish they would add a laundry facility to that

we'd like to thank chantall, suline, curtis, alvin, adoni, the people at the kids club, the activity lady, all

people were amazing , spa was beautiful thank you amanda ! everything was beautiful!

young lady that clean my room was very nice and pleasant during my stay also the staff inside the laundry room

the cleaning team forgot to replace the bathroom towels, so the guard had to get towels from the laundry area

but i wasn t bothered by it the wifi was acting up the first few days but was resolved

room had air conditioning leaking, i saw cockroaches, they advertised that the have laundry facilities but they

my son definitely could not partake, therefore instead of paying adult prices for a 2 yr old, kids should cost

at all they don't care and don't care who's fault it is when i looked up the place again it said kids where

was not cleaned, therefore my kids and i couldn't enjoy that facility we had to go to doctor's cave (which was

some of the furniture was not working well like the windows or the kitchen.

it was very convenient to have laundry facilities in our unit

didn t like that there was wifi in only one room there was not sodda beds they were hard let back futons there

no wifi in second room, no espn, room is old furniture and bed was hard as rock

was nothing i didn't like, however, it there was guest laundry facility, it would help make packing lighter for

spa was excellent, but pricey, but great because we had 4 days of serious rain

breakfast served at my villa in the am and the special service and attentiveness blew my mind

there were plenty of lounging possibilities, an immaculate infinity pool, and a lot of space

covid restrictions didn't allow room service. they should just do contactless room service.
