lastly, i can t believe i have to pay for each clothing to be washed, no laundry room; at least charge for

room had air conditioning leaking, i saw cockroaches, they advertised that the have laundry facilities but they

also i went to the spa, the sign at the resort said once price and then i get the service and it s another

too mandy kids in the pool. and grounds.

was not cleaned, therefore my kids and i couldn't enjoy that facility we had to go to doctor's cave (which was

some of the furniture was not working well like the windows or the kitchen.

it was very convenient to have laundry facilities in our unit

didn t like that there was wifi in only one room there was not sodda beds they were hard let back futons there

was nothing i didn't like, however, it there was guest laundry facility, it would help make packing lighter for

room service to ensure that condition in the room before each person check in since it was while

the pool side is a bit small but other then that there is nothing i dont like.

great location, staff are brilliant, beach and pool were perfect, rooms were good

as what they have operational during covid, as we were disappointed when arriving to be told a laundry list of

our swim up area which was by the gym was the most secluded, we had bushes and no walkway going by us

we stayed in a king room and it was ample space for the both of us

there was not really much beach at all to speak of, just one small adults only area and two other very small

funny because the kids side was more fun than the adults side

the unit that housed the mini bar looked a bit worn

staff was very friendly and room service 2 thumbs up

bartender kept our drinks full weather we were on the beach or by the pool

property has its own water park, i wanted to use the slide but couldn't find a tube, they were either occupied

where clean , staff where polite , music in the night outside the sport bar was good , attractive settings ,
