laundry room: did not like that the laundry machine would not take quarters

room was 1st floor across from housekeeping and laundry

substance on the bar behind the toilet, a plunger on the floor next to the toilet on top of a laundry bag,

professional staff at check-in, and on the occasions when i had further questions (guest laundry)

breakfast, dinner, staff flowers & landscape was wonderful

is only mid-may so pool area was not open but still could look a little better

patrick at the starbuck's coffee bar made us feel very welcome with his kindness and made some of the best cafe

the property always keeps the parking lot cleared of snow

no room for pets to use the bathroom outside like most hotels that are pet

the bottom sheet felt like powder laundry soap was all over it, not just one spot
