would not stay in room 123 again as it backs onto the laundry room at the back which was very noisy when they

once in our room it was ok, the view was of the laundry drop off and where staff go for a smoke

i paid 10 extra for early access to room only to find bags of dirty laundry stacked outside bedroom door so

we arrived there were bags of rubbish and dirty laundry in the hallways

there were two laundry room doors left open on our floor for the two days we were there

corridor was full of bags of laundry and the bar was full of dirty glasses which were there from lunchtime and

greeting us at check in.relaxing in bar and delicious breakfast.room was nice.

wifi only worked in the lounge. bar meals a bit basic.

the hotel itself was well first rate set in well looked after grounds with plenty of parking, nice outside

library bar could have been better staffed betweem 4-5pm.

5am the lorry started emptying the containers and an hour later another laundry lorry came and been banging

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

hotel was clean. breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. hotel had free wifi.

in room 19 which behind it is a court yard with the used laundry is kept was woken up at about 6 30 am with

arrival the first floor was littered with dirty laundry

stay there a lot for work - the staff are always so friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is great

house keeping was due to bring this to us when delivery of laundry received but never arrived

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin

bar, early morning laundry collection which was noisy but they kindly changed our room for us

went to buy two cokes from the bar to take to our room , the bar had cashed up so they couldn t sell me them
