we booked dinner in the bar it was absolutely gorgeous and the service was just brilliant

was easy to get into , easy parking for our car , had everything we needed for the night

no kitchen, ofcourse its only b&b so can't expect more

attended her with my kids and partner the hotel staff was fantastic and very helpful food was great here too

of the gym equipment was not working and the other stuff was wee bit old, still used it and managed a

kids wanted water during night but both vending machines were out of order on two floors

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

would have liked bar food a bit later.

we stayed for two nights and the hotel is located a short drive from the city centre and has free parking which

the hotel is spotless and the bar staff are well trained and again professional

service at reception bar and room service was excellent

the staff were friendly and my kids enjoyed the winter wonderland,it was magical

i would've liked breakfast with a view. don't like wallpaper on the main wall at reception area.

the general atmosphere was one of a a cheap golf club

i used the laundry service and everything worked out well

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

food (both dinner and breakfast) is always immense and location is spot in - add in the excellent spa and

breakfast was excellent very tasty food

unfortunately where our room (119) was located we were subject to laundry trolleys rumbling past our room

i called for room service and was told

everything from the minute i waslked in the door until i waslked out, i really loved the swimming pool and spa

they lost some of our clothes when they did the laundry

when we put do not disturb on the door the housekeepers left us a laundry bag with fresh towels and toilet

liked how the staff left us clean laundry in a bag out side the door, when we had the do not disturb sign

cleaners had all full with laundry and rubbish

my room to check out, the cleaning trolley was blocking the corridor together with bundles of laundry which i

our apartment was perfect for families as we had two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen so had room to spread out

room service was also very nice

were very warm and stuffy no air con in the room/apartment also a kitchen was empty no utensils to

i travelled with my elderly dad and two small kids and she really helped me with a few things during our stay

comfy beds clean room laundry. staff very attentive and meal was beautiful.

no on site laundry machines, just pay for someone else to yake and do it

next time we will bring swim suits and gym gear

was very comfortable and spacious and the kids really enjoyed the pool

food in the bar was amazing and the staff were super friendly

could not fault the hotel. mabye parking area is a little small but managed fine

bar closes at 11pm even for residents and no room service for alcohol after 11pm

free parking is available in the dunnes across the road if the hotel accommodation is full

good location, bar food was lovely, room clean and quiet

confusion over how to access car parking and which one to use

the spa is newly opened and perfect way to relax with thermal suite, outdoor hot tubs and relaxing

the food and spa were exceptional. really enjoyed both
