hotel wifi keep dropping out and stopping working completely during the night

we had kids with us but there’s nothing for them to do at this hotel

staff friendliness n extremely helpful beautiful selection of breakfast

a printed card in the bathroom invites guests, in reducing laundry, to hang towels on towel rails

i arrived just too late for dinner ( and too early for night time room service) but the manager on duty made

good bar food , comfortable bed , friendly staff

bar service, busy,well decorated and easily parked great old school manners from bar staff check in

location was perfect for me, with no traffic and ample parking

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

were great, really helpful, hotel was beautiful, immaculate throughout, bar was great with good live

the kitchen was quite small with only two dining chairs, which made it difficult with four people

bad for keeping kids calm and most of the tv channels in the room were scrambled

the staff was also incredibly helpful, answering questions, helping me find a spot to do laundry (they had

we didn't have any wifi but they were experiencing a one off problem.

the wifi isn't great. should not advertise it as a selling point until they upgrade it.

kids wanted water during night but both vending machines were out of order on two floors

location, very comfy bed and very friendly staff. also used the gym which was decent/

really have a lobby, and breakfast was taken at the attached pub/restaurant, so no lounge/lobby bar specifically

we did have breakfast one morning in the bar downstairs and it was magnificent

was told the kitchen closed them

the bar and restaurant were lovely

wifi signal in the room was a little bit poor and could do with an upgrade

asked for an early check in as we had to bring a family member to a hospital appointment for 7am and i emailed

seams like the streets are for a spot for the homeless in the door ways and would be unsafe for kids but apart

bar area relaxing atmosphere booked a king-size room

place rooms nice and clean a nice size for two adults & 2 kids

the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when we requested an early check in

facecloth with towel bundle ( id forgotten mine), no laundry bag

used the spa facilities whilst on our break, we however could only use the jacuzzi and sauna room because we

breakfast was chaos no glasses, plates, cups bread to toast was there we had to ask the already

good breakfast

they packed us breakfast to go because we went to the open &dis our wet laundry for us

bed was super comfortable parking free ud83cudd93 at the door wifi ud83dudedc not bad 6 up to

good parking available

parking , close to motorway , clean and tidy

may be an addition of a kitchen/kitchenette would be like topping on the pudding.

pool wasn t for kids and i had a very excited kid for a swim

we loved using the spa

rooms were lovely, food was great and spa was so relaxing

the staff in the bar and reception aimer also geraldine at the breakfast room who was outstanding and very

big room, lots of parking, good breakfast.

heating was temperamental and wifi was not consistent for work purposes

noisy families and there kids in the adjoining rooms and in the corridors spoilt the stay

kids breakfast shouldn't be the same price as adult breakfast

excellent facilities with pool, gym and sauna

well looked after, location was perfect, parking was easy, facilities like the pool and spa -

wifi was poor i had to end up just using my phone data even after getting a wifi code ect to set up

ordered a cake for my partners birthday through room service and did not receive this

i used the laundry service and everything worked out well

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

were beside a function room we could here the singing general party noises and doors banging with kids running

in room water a little dirty looking kids wouldn t get in

on our 3rd day i left towels in laundry bag as requested by the door as there is limited room service due to

headache was that we both desperately needed to get some work done but couldn t connect to the wifi at all

unfortunately where our room (119) was located we were subject to laundry trolleys rumbling past our room

liked the location which was close to where we were playing golf

the parking at the hotel grounds was very limited even with the extra parking across the road.

the pool and spa facilities

there's a health club (swimming pool, sauna and gym too

no on site laundry machines, just pay for someone else to yake and do it

comfy beds clean room laundry. staff very attentive and meal was beautiful.

we planned joining the gym and next time bring our kids for a swim too

breakfast buffet was as good as i have seen, it took a lot of will-power to not make a total pig of

when we put do not disturb on the door the housekeepers left us a laundry bag with fresh towels and toilet

liked how the staff left us clean laundry in a bag out side the door, when we had the do not disturb sign

they lost some of our clothes when they did the laundry

leaving on the last day we were stuck in the car park behind the laundry truck for 10mins, not sure if there

my room to check out, the cleaning trolley was blocking the corridor together with bundles of laundry which i

booked for 2adults and 2 kids and expected the usual double bed and 2 singles for kids (maybe even pull out

some more facilities like gym should be included.

rooms comfy clean, good towels and nice decor, tea and coffee provided in rooms wifi and tv

parking was free

shops, cinema, theatre, pubs, restaurants, bingo and plenty of parking

was packed, great atmosphere, there was a big dunnes right across the road from the hotel and the bars and

simply the bar food, in the evening, disappointing in the evening we were there.

luca in the bar is by far one of the nicest members of staff i've ever met in any hotel
