both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

they told us, 'well the wifi is working in all the other rooms', implying it was our issue and hanging up

of a mix up in male changing room when women entered looking for their kids and continued to get them dressed

the lobby could do with a bit of a spruce up, as could the gym facilities

the food in the bar is fabulous

nothing excellent hotel. the staff very friendly. ate in bar meal was delicious.

liked the cleanliness, laundry stock and the receptionist was approachable and pleasant.

the new bar was very nice, open fire was blazing and the food in the restaurant was lovely.
