outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk

arrived for check in and our room was ready but we had climb over some dirty laundry towels and cleaning stuff

we went back outside and a gentleman in the corridor told us that the laundry had been delivered late but he

upon speaking with the staff member we where told we couldn't check in the now due to no fresh laundry being

place is amazing and i've felt alot happier staying here then some over priced city hotel with a pool that looks

laundry facilities and lots of hikers including us coming through

room was good for family of four people including 2 kids

was when we checked in -our car reg wasn t taken so a couple of weeks later received a 100 parking fine

the breakfast was absolutely stop on. and the bar staff was great with us

we could get wifi in the clansman but not in our room.

history and the location were great; the staff were great, and the laundry lady worked very hard to have our

very noicy room due to laundry machines

our room wasn t ready when we arrived and cleaning staff have all laundry at out our door still when we got

the breakfast was superb, they even had haggis one morning, and the gym, pool, sauna and steam room were all

wifi became unusable one day but they had a backup at reception though it was pretty slow also not

from reception, housekeeping, laundry, room service, the restaurants, afternoon tea, and the activity teams,

the laundry was returned damp and all my shirts had to re ironed before use.

the leisure complex and gym were excellent although not used on this occasion

room service- i had already messaged ahead to get a menu- was told that it would just be what was

property not a chance but if you are missing anything from the room you can get it at asda as room service

hotel with additional parking the restaurant was brilliant with great food and staff and the gin bar (not just

excellent wifi a unique sheltered sitting area at the front of the hotel bar looking directly onto the

quite badly as if it had been used before and just tumble dried, i would suggest changing your laundry firm

i asked for laundry services and he didn't know the price or how the service works
