wifi wasn t strong - but i wouldn t say i didn t like that about the property

bad quality of wifi

wifi worked very well

on the web there is a gym and there is, but really small and unequipped

lots of noice from running water/ heating etc the property promised to have a functioning gym, but unfortunately

not the hotel s fault, but couldn t get the app to work for the ev charger

brilliant laundry service

ad said hotel had laundry - actually a sister hotel further away had laundry services

the staff at reception and cafe/ bar were very friendly and attentive

great hotel for families with two kids

dining area is very small and can have screaming kids

the staff were all fab and the spa was lovely after a day

super location. wonderful staff. very good buffet breakfast

breakfast was really nice, lots of hot and cold options

unfortunately did not have a chance to use the spa but perhaps anouther time

our laundry was misplaced but the staff responded quickly and returned it to us in half and hour

there was room service though and plenty of alternative eating places a short walk away

the room service at the hotel was very good

no price list for laundry.

laundry facilities were a bonus

there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

too far to use swimming pool

hotel has a great location, excellent staff, is very clean, has good wifi and a great breakfast

we were sorry the outdoor pool was shut as the weather was so hot but we were able to sit out in the gardens

the bar was very good and we sat outside with a great breeze

i would only comment that the menu in the bar is a little limited and has not changed for years.

loved the room and the view. loved the location. the bar and restaurant area lovely.

in spain (including madrid), the breakfast was too limited in both variety and quantity, and the laundry charges

the cafe by the pool was so so

they allowed early check in as the hotel is huge and has many

size room for 3 people very clean nice clean pool with bar area regular bus service down to the aqueduct and

there appeared to be too many managers wandering around doing nothing, whilst yelling the bar staff off for

room was quite small. laundry service extremely dear

we were able to get some laundry done very quickly

location atmosphere incl breakfast and wifi

huge free parking lot is also a plus

but the staff - especially breakfast coordinator carol and the senior bar tender/waiter - who made the best

plenty of space, particularly for travelling with a pet

be a little bit tricky as it's on an unclassified road (mind the potholes) we had an excellent breakfast and

very pet friendly would again in a flash

parking is free and easy

hotel is nice - lobby, outdoor pool, restaurant. i am sure there is plenty to do around.

you don't have room service. you can't eat in the terrace of your room.

you have to pay for the indoor pool via the spa area as the hotel has a separate agreement for usage of this

hard bed not very comfy, pool closed playground disappointing

hotel, and very easy to access with ample parking and even an electric charging point
