we booked this luxury hotel as a 4 day break to recharge our batteries and make use of their laundry services

inside the bathroom can be seen by people outside so we had to take the shower in the dark so our kids don't

inside the hotel the lobby, bar and restaurant are on the ground floor with open spaces

in other words, the bar was closed, including room service

dirty laundry was transferred through reception/breakfast room during breakfast time will never recommend
