wifi needs some improvements, 5ghz wifi access points should be installed to more thoroughly to

near bus station and easy to find taxis nearby to airport decent wifi good shower fairly clean and

so your kids can sleep with power in and air condition running and ablility to lock the doors to keep mom

cleaning solutions and the laundry detergent had a lot of fragrance in them

hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was large, had a little kitchen and was very

we had the breakfast buffets, poolside lunches, sit down fine dinning on their front patio area

was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events at the bar downstairs

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and

was expected the breakfast to be included and it wasn t for i don t know what reason when i made reservation

the reception clerk helped me find, and move to another room after i realized my room had a poor wifi reception

breakfast wasn't something i tried as i am a vegetarian and there was a heavy meat smell that did

friendly and the hotel was located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and close to a laundry

staff was extra accommodating in letting us spend some extra time by the pool while we waited for our friends

towels got some of that mud and we were charged $200 pesos per piece because they send it to a laundry mat and

the front desk staff was helpful, and the laundry service was prompt and inexpensive

some people want to rest, specially with small kids

in other hotels in the area, it's common for stuff to be broken (a/c, phone, lights, wifi, etc)

breakfast included but when i received my sumary it said the breakfast was not included for kids, i had to pay

we needed laundry done, they provided me with the phone number but after multiple attempts i couldn't connect

it didn't have mini fridge like i was hoping and the laundry service wasn't available

missing soap, towels and it was made up as a hurry up, not a good start also, i used the watch laundry service

probably too much for small kids though

finca san antonio was a very relaxing place that even had a nice swimming pool

absolutely fabulous location. beach wasn t swimmable but so beautiful, and pool was lovely

of water completely the day i was to leave so that morning i had to fetch water from the swimming pool to take

our faves were the beach hammocks and the infinity pool with built in seating

the pool is great, as is the game room
