laundry room was not easy use

i didn t like that there was no laundry room.

had to stand offset; didnt have a balcony or view as booked; had to go to unsafe laundromat to do laundry since

only wish they had a laundry room and they didn't start charging $15 parking

was a huge parking lot and we weren t worried about our car getting broken into; there is a shuttle; and it

also there is a ballroom/conference room, little gym, outdoor warm swimming pool (my kid loved it

shuttle service during the stay and the availability of laundry service on the premise.

to start i was supposed to get a 2 bed bedroom and didn't my kids have to sleep in the bed sofa, very uncomfortable

flight connections i had on a trip to italy, i was forced to arrive a day early and leave a day late in oakland

i specifically requested to be booked at the holiday inn with the restaurant and bar and swimming pool

being so close to the airport was very helpful and the pool was great for the kids.
