there were a large number of laundry bags left in the hallway for around 2-3 days which obstructed the route

my room was accessed through a laundry room and a lounge that felt like a set for the young ones

laundry and very difficult to manoeuvre ourselves and our bags around them

central heating, free wifi, flat screen tv, big settee, four poster bed and big windows (room 4)
