no laundry facility no vending

i went down stairs and asked if that was a smoking room, the lady at the desk said it was not

extremly slow wifi

was having trouble connecting to wifi and had to walk all the way back to the office 3 times to ask for help

parking lot seemed a bit sketchy, but safe.

we enjoy the breakfast as many choices are

had to wait for more food for breakfast. when it was brought out, eggs were cold.

wifi code changes at midnight but the staff doesn't tell you that

parking was different but ok once you figured it out.

didnt go to the pool

breakfast options a bit limited. wifi was very weak signal in our corner room.

our event around 7:30 pm we called down to the front desk to get the wifi password, no one picked up

there is a very nice free breakfast, that is more than stale donuts and bagels with toast and cereal boxes

i had to do some laundry while we where there both machines did better then i thought way better then a laundrymat

being bit picky it seemed like they were doing updates so there were a ton of work trucks in the parking lot

really appreciate the fact that red roof is pet friendly

the parking lot was a bit full. but i still got a decent spot

i did not like the fact you allowed dogs that bark at children because they are not used to kids

no hotel should have rooms near the laundry or ice machine-too much

was a nice clean hotel with swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry

no real silverware in the kitchen? really?

an awesome homey hotel they have a wonderful staff and they really care about you and they have a pool

also the breakfast area was always very clean and tidy every morning with an attendant on duty

most drinking and kids everywhere

the only glitch was the chlorine was so strong in the room where the pool was that we had to leave fairly

mattress was amazing. breakfast bar was plentiful. fitness room well done.

along with this the hotel had a pool, gym, laundry room and food and laundry products available for purchase

there were real fried eggs for breakfast everything was hot. my grandkids loved the pool.

we didn t like that it didn t have a laundry room for us to do our laundry.

we did not swim in the pool so we can't comment on that

excellent location & value! breakfast was very good and kids enjoyed the pool daily.

laundry was left in washing machine and dryer so had to wait three hours to do mine.

the laundry facility had no change machine and the front desk was not capable of giving change.

i know there was renovations going on which did make it dustier in lobby breakfast area

checking out was difficult because staff were filling elevator with laundry carts/trash bins and were using

guest laundry on site as well as a pool and small fitness center

only negative was laundry on 4th floor.

parking in back of building was not a available and parking in back filled up quick

decent amount of parking, close to expressway, simple layout.
