the stairs for the people like me who have mobility issues, and the housekeeping staff dragging laundry up so

the room laundry sheet provides options for both dry-cleaning and laundry, but when i tried to hand in

our room was opposite the laundry rooms, often with laundry piled outside which we had to stepover to and from

it may have been a laundry cupboard at some point

room service also it is more a boarding house not a hotel which they only focus on the club racks

the stairs were quite steep and we were woken at 6am on sunday by the laundry being delivered

into a wall, the door didn t close properly, on leaving the room for breakfast we had to move laundry bags

i had enquired about having a room available for early check in so we could get changed and we were accomadated

bed was a bit hard. gym was shut but that could have been due to covud restrictions.
