no laundry service, heating/air con not working. car parking across busy road.

informed reception of this matter and was told that they were waiting on the cases from laundry

the wifi connection wasn t secure and my work laptop wouldn t connect to it

very comfortable, value for money, the restaurant food was fab and the bar had a great vibe!

i would definitely stay again when i'm next in cumbria it was easy to find and a bonus of free parking opposite

great bar with reasonable prices, friendly staff especially gwen. great breakfast.

in practice, when we woke up the next morning, the bar was all locked up, there was no other reception area,

in wasn t clear how you enter the property didn t know you checked in at the bar so everyone was waiting

the staff were attentive and considerate, polite and friendly; from reception to house-staff, bar staff to

swimming pool was also fab with access to spa pool and sauna too

innovative idea to opt out of room service daily as part of a green initiative for exchange of drinks at the

gentleman who was unsteady onnhis feet adked if he woukd like a habd with breakfast service, the gym and all

restaurant are dealing well with the covid restrictions and eating breakfast the attentive staff made up for

the swimming pool was great.

a dislike for me but perhaps for others, wifi reception was a bit iffy, but areas of the hotel were better than

so much better it's just been very quiet in the bar area not many other people around but still enjoyable and

only one tithing i would like to suggest having a tv in kids bedroom we were out most of the time but when we

nothing to dislike ...even parking in street free

my 10 year old child ok with top bunk, just not what was expected and not suitable for older kids

pillows extremely thin. no bath mat, very slipoy. no room service. poor menu choices. few staff.
