restaurant staff were a little grumpy & were always at the bar with their backs to the customers looking at

an executive room we were put in a room at back of hotel and when i say back i mean back -: bins, laundry and

the kids in the pool were fairly noisy and had various pieces of equipment

went to breakfast at 9am and there were only a few pastries left and only 4 pieces of bread left for toast

woken up and kept awake by the laundry trolleys arriving up and down the pathway outside the bedroom window at

the bar and local amenities were cosy and aesthetic

the spa closes at 9pm and that our luxury double room wasn t much different to a standard double

really liked the lady with short hair bossing the breakfast she was attentive despite it being busy and kept

guest information said that food was available via room service until 8:00pm, i tried to order and got no response

chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, close to our family and the location was perfect
