i had trouble finding parking due to the wedding party, and accidentally parked in the staff area

breakfast was delicious. good selection on the bar. comfortable restaurants

when we spoke to manger about shower problem he apologised and offered us a free breakfast which was very kind

v clean, with good wifi, and i liked having a bath and a selection of teas

enjoyed out stay and the staff bent over backwards to help us with our kids

when you took the bed out there is no soace left to walk about and as no bath in the room with kids it s beefed

in a couple of times the view out right outside of the room's window was one of the hotel's dirty laundry waiting

could not open curtains in the morning as laundry cages were being moved around immediately outside our window

a high floor but was put on the ground floor with a view of the laundry carts and nothing else

in one of the rooms (room 28) the view is immediately and closely facing outside the hotels dirty laundry which

were all friendly and the breakfast was very good

champneys flip flops on arrival, large pool, good spa facilities, staff friendly, food very tasty, rooms are

staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast absolutely amazing

there was not really a bar and they did not serve beer, even 0%

the breakfast wasn t the best this could easily be addressed with some attention to detail

the breakfast was ok, but instead of fried tomatoes we got cold cherry tomatoes which was odd

had good parking too and was very quiet

travelled with my pet dog who found two sweet packets behind one of the beds within mins of arriving

a bar would have been an advantage

fee for pet however long the stay easy access to get to noth8ng was too much trouble at front

my bank and her reply was 'well i can not check you in then sorry, well i'm standing there with 2 kids i was

ample parking on site and plenty of food choices next door at the service area
