friendly staff and excellent kids club and mini disco, our daughter simply adored going there

the heated pool, unfortunately, was not operational for the majority of our stay due to a mechanical issue

i have also used the express laundry service which was done in less than a day and result was good

was perfect, the room was perfectly clean and very spacious, the breakfast fast had so many options the pools

there was a super friendly young bar man beside this pool from argentina so shout out to him

staff is nice, the terretory is huge, many pools, kids are getting crazy with water attraction

laundry lost 1 item

can't fault any of them from maintenance to laundry to check in and customer relations

- despite the hotel being packed you never wait much to be seated or receiving your drinks at the bar or having

helpful stuff and rooms are clean and comfortable, wifi very good

i didn't like wifi quality and tv signal was getting lost frequently (it is the same problem i suppose)
