very pretty, a none smoking covered area and a seated smoking area, on the upper garden space is parking and

on site parking can be a bit tricky to get out of

nice enough hotel with good spa and gym.

but i didn t read the part the spa and hot tub was not available, but other than that was

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

it s a standard set up i must say the parking was easy, rooms clean, good table for laptop, bathroom clean

as women travelling it felt safe and comfortable to be in the restaurant or bar alone

the swimming pool and spa area is great but in this time of covid, don't forget to book a time to go to the

quite hard to get soap out of the pumps but there was a bar of soap you could use.

wifi is super speedy, breakfast is exceptional and the staff were all friendly and helpful

minor roads to the hotel and the parking could be a bit challenging for some but we found it perfectly ok

bit noisy one evening as room was above the skittle alley also wifi was weak in my room however it was fine in

every member of staff were welcoming, polite and nothing was too much trouble, the bar staff when we arrived

staff - very helpful and welcoming no laundry facilities but a drying room so all good for clean kit spent both

down mark was noise from service stairway/laundry lift right outside our door from 5am

free wifi was unreliable- kept disconnecting and not good enough to run a zoom call.

i travelled with 3 children on my own and these little extras for the kids made my stay a little easier

ideal stop and half the journey with the kids

settee wasn't made up for kids even though we booked for 2 children so after arriving later in the evening due

is small and was fully booked for 3 hours from 5pm until at least 8pm, meaning we had to get the kids in a car

we were able to do our laundry too which was a bonus

there is a laundry which is useful for top up washes part way through your stay

beds very comfortable and good laundry type facilities, ie iron ironing board etc

rom was spacious, pool was clean, resturant was really good. staff were amazing

reassuring travelling here as a single mum with two kids

the staff were friendly, it was great that you could take your drink from the bar to your room.

to get to wifi but failed it said it was out of range

lack of car parking which was why i didn t give it too marks

wifi signal was intermittent , could not receive in my room, but fortunately the signal was ok in

also the hotel provides car parking on site and is near lots of somerset attractions such as hestercombe

public spaces are comfortable , staff are friendly and helpful ,lovely little bar area with good choice of

everyone super friendly and helpful. lovely bar and excellent restaurant.
