perfect location, peaceful and quiet with adequate parking

of parking, easy to check in, good room size, lovely location with plenty of dog walks nearby,

my room was on first floor and above delivery entrance so i was disturbed by catering and laundry trucks

and the noise from laundry delivery which occurred every day

spacious, warm, comfortable and friendly. good car parking too

well made and room service was fairly quick

the wifi was a little spotty up on the top floor, but that was all.

sue was so understanding of my situation of not being able to get laundry done that she washed and dried my

nothing really apart from wifi could drop a few times but 200 year old building with thick walls

chose the redcliffe due to it being 'pet friendly' and so close to the beach

breakfast basket was lovely

bunk beds perfect for kids or adult friends

the wifi was slow but we weren t that bothered by that

friendliness of the owners and the fact it was pet friendly

carpets could do with a clean, just not used to carpets with

at one point there was a pile of dirty laundry outside our door, i was on crutches & nearly fell trying to get

it was amazing my kids were so happy with the sea view they didn't want to leave :) lovely

bedroom and the best night's sleep i'd had in a while whilst breakfast in the basement bar next door was excellent

great little pub,staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best. deffinetly stay again.

is so much to do to keep the kids entertained

expectations they treated our dog like royalty which is really important to us we don t have kids but also so

both me and partner were very itchy in bed, i couldn t see any bugs so possibly the laundry detergent

spa was fantastic, the outdoor area in the back is so calming and relaxing and i loved the presence

the breakfast was great, you have to try the mushrooms

of laundry were left in the corridor which spoilt the ambience

we particularly enjoyed playing pool in the evenings and when we came back to the hotel from various trips out

limited room service so had to go out for dinner 1st night still waiting to hear if we can get into the spa

the spa was also full on day of arrival and the next day

staff - very helpful and welcoming no laundry facilities but a drying room so all good for clean kit spent both
