we took our 2 kids 4 and 9 and a dog we loved it

parking and near where i needed to be so location was good

good pub and prices easy parking stay every year on my way to cornwall

the breakfast was lovely as well as the pub meal the night prior

luckily staff laundry room was unlocked so sorted ourselves out

no wifi

good parking, great food, wonderful clean modern, and well appointed rooms with very nice bathrooms

i was made to feel extremely welcome, by all the staff (from the receptionist to bar staff, breakfast chef &

(appreciate room service isn't the norm in a very small hotels but served dinner in my room as needed to work

easy to find centre of village free parking

they let us have a late check out without any problems

car parking difficult

breakfast was enjoyable and the bar was very good too

car park is limited and no other parking near by.

to clean the beds ourselves and our complaint was brushed off the next day as a bad job by the laundry company

very clean, quiet and the kitchenette was very useful

staff throughout the hotel, beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, a stunning olde worlde bar and restaurant

the gym was adequate it could be bigger with more equipment

by the lady on reception ( jenny i think ) , amazing room with plenty of space , we ordered room service and

very friendly staff, a great breakfast and very convenient parking

the bar area is very comfortable

wifi was a bit poor in my room

great location for montacute house and close to the a303, didn't have any problems parking close

problem we had is we booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids

had a 'family room' 2 adults 2 kids (12 & 5) the room was ok, just too small for 3 beds

parking facilities need opening up a little as a bit tight

the only thing is you need to be good at parking as the car park is a little tight

didnt realise there was a paid for wifi option, which i might have used, but as it was there was no wifi in the

parking- it was a wet and windy dark night - cars were parked a little haphazardly and there are

our room, big comfy bed and plenty of space to move about even with kids camp bed

property was as described and met our needs exactly, staff were very helpful with early check in which was a

was fab apart from the room service breakie but only because they had no croissants and forgot our coffee

the wifi now has excellent reception in all rooms, since the routers were updated

some time a previous guest had left soiled laundry behind the curtain which we found just prior to check out

would have liked to use the gym as most gym havereopened but the hotal is stil closed i work near bye and chose

spa bath was incredible and such a treat after a week working in a field and camping

by wardrobe control is broken so it was hot and we were sweating all night, spa bath disappointing as no where

the wifi connection is very bad. we had to go out of the hotel to use our phones.

down mark was noise from service stairway/laundry lift right outside our door from 5am

the whole hotel was amazing gym and swimming pool fab staff lovely and food outstanding

to find, excellent staff, great breakfast, easy parking, clean room with every amenity you will need, overall

only drawback were the bar prices but 50 yards away there is a harvester where all the drinks are a lot cheaper

other holiday inns, we have to go back to the reception to ask for more towels for the kids - not here, everything

be useful such as how to work the microwave and tv controls, more about the cost and use of the laundry facilities

close to where i needed to be laundry facilities for small fee which was

have been listed as pet friendly when don't accept pets

separate kitchen and dining area with excellent facilities

with another noise and things vibrating on the bathroom shelf which was apparently caused by the laundry machines

food available at all on christmas eve - not even room service, i had phoned in advance to ask about food and

stayed here many times over the past 9 years and am sorry we are unlikely to be back (due to kids leaving a

choice of dining and room service

for car parking extra paying for our small pet dog 15 per night when nothing was given or offered trying to

the laundry room is on the stairs so we could hear everything

early hours with the cages of laundry for the cleaners so my sleep was interrupted

in the shower was disappointing but all i could fault with the room plus rather noisy with the laundry cupboards

there was no milk in my room so i had to go and get some from reception i asked if there was room service before

kettle had been burnt out i called room service they replaced it with brand new kettle 5 mins later great

was great - spacious, clean breakfast room with a bar area for cereal, juice etc

accommodation was good but 10 per pet for one nights stay is a little rich, as we booked a double room for

i am not a huse breakfast person but there was a huge choice so therre was something for everyone
