asked for a laundry bag and list twice but didn t receive fan in my room too loud

kids enjoyed having a games room with air hockey and pool

cooked breakfast took very long time to come out of the kitchen

wifi is not good

dirty laundry in the hallways a lot of the time

very appreciated guest laundry room in hotel

also the spa facilities are so good it just needs pool

room service food is not

kids jumping in and out of the pool

to our room and clean ( may be a pile of clean bath mats would have been a good idea and a used laundry bin

we came back to the hotel mid afternoon the staff lit the log fire for us in the bar area

have liked a kettle in the room - room service was fine, but prefer little independence on making a cup of tea
