the breakfast eggs were fresh and delicious, and the espresso drinks were great

picky some laundry bags left outside room which i eventually asked reception to get moved, which they then

laundry taken out of the front entrance to load into a van not good

when we booked in the corridor to our room 206 had a pile and dirty laundry opposite the room and further along

wifi in hotel very poor - low signal.

has superb spa facilities, gym and pool

spa felt a little tired and the refreshments were very expensive and not very imaginative / healthy

the bar is acceptable

staff are very friendly and plenty of parking

we used the pool, gym and massage

we had a cottage close to the spa with a very large room

struggled to park, but directed to a non parking space

wifi or a tv in the family room to keep the kids entertained for 5 mins

the decor was exceptional, roaring open fire in the bar area too

nothing. wifi was down but that's was a positive with 2 kids in tow...

from the moment we arrived, long journey, staff went out of their way to keep the kitchen open so we could dine

the hotel was close to several golf courses which we visited during our stay

there was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing

good parking and only a short walk into llandudno town centre

evening meal and breakfast were both very nice

the standard of the room (not a complaint) staff very helpful and friendly, good service and good room service

food was great but again pricey even for kids meals

there is a separate dining area too for those with dogs not that we were worried at all being pet lovers

but there were no fans in the pet area, couldnt open the windows but a fan or two woulld have cooled it down

on the new sheets on the first bed we gave up something is really problematic about their laundry supplier

friendly staff and owner, nice rooms especially for family which included a bunk bed that the kids loved, close

amazing friendly staff lovely atmosphere and fantastic views from the lounge has free parking and great location

bar & lounge areas are available, checking in is from 3pm, we are in llandudno by 9am so we have

room service after 9 would have been good - even just a sandwich

hotel needs to assign you the correct wifi access for your particular room as some of the

room service great

loads of room and the kids just love it being away in llandudno

breakfast was affordable and had great options for kids- beans on toast around £3 and kids’ breakfast for

the whole experience was great. for me the piano bar was lovely, felt like a step back in time.

only downside was our spa bath, yes it worked and my kids loved it but its a little on the small side for an
