hotel states online that there is an onsite laundry facility and while i was greatly appreciative that the woman

room wasn't completely clean no pillowcases on pillows had to ask for them at the desk no laundry bags looked

i booked the site told me pets were allowed and i even messaged the hotel letting them know i had a cat, and

breakfast was tasty with waffles, biscuits/gravy eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal etc

person walking around in parking lot when we got there, late that night and in the morning when we left

there was a strong smell of smoking through out the building

we are not smokers and asked for non smoking room, yet smoke was in the entrance and the hall and even up the

musty smelling hallway leading up to room from back parking

was hair in the breakfast, the hotel smelled like moldy laundry, and we got bed bugs from there

in the parking lot walking all over the place kinda made a girl with her daughter feel unsafe

laundry room is coin-operated without a coin machine, and the front desk can't make change on the

laundry area smelled like mold or sewage when in use. the smell filled the elevator area.

the room was very cool with the ice machine, fridge and laundry basket.

it was a perfect place for a girls night at canterbury craft show followed by trip to casino

said 'we put two of everything in your king bed room' as if they are really worried about the laundry bill
