definitely recommend getting a late check out so we could have a lazy sunday morning

place out the way lovely pool and spa area room was excellent we had only planned to stay one night and booked another staff

the bar prices were a little con the pricey side 18!for a pint and a gin and tonic

couldn't get a mobile phone signal from my room although wifi was fine so not really a problem

wifi worked in most areas but sometimes the wifi from the cafe next door (cafe nero) gave a (-)the wifi got turned off after a certain time. noisy drunks in the street (-) there was a difficulty accessing/ maintaining wifi for more than a minute in all the areas i tried of this old building (which the hotel is (-)wifi connection could have been better (+) excellent wifi (-) wifi not advertised as being available by staff (-) the tv was very basic and the wifi flakey (-)non existent wifi. bed linen torn and old. no heating hot water takes long to generate. (-) asked about wifi and was given a snappy reply

thing about the crown is the staff, they couldn t be more helpful carrying bags and organising parking always with a smile

love the old place.. easy parking and located in town centre. big comfy bed.

albeit tired and quite dreary looking as i entered, but parking was free and the gym/pool/spa facilities were top drawerud83eudd29 the breakfast was great, in a lovely area with nice view

friendly and we were very pleased that we were giving 2 interconnected rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids

on-site parking also an added bonus
