definitely recommend getting a late check out so we could have a lazy sunday morning

place out the way lovely pool and spa area room was excellent we had only planned to stay one night and booked another staff

the bar prices were a little con the pricey side 18!for a pint and a gin and tonic

couldn't get a mobile phone signal from my room although wifi was fine so not really a problem

pleasant staff, central location, the soup and room service

room was lovely, comfortable bed and well appointed, period features were delightful the bar was well stocked with some excellent real ales and the food was excellent

property was in superb order, the bar area was kept to a very high standard as was my accommodation

on departure i asked the young man at the bar if i should place the room key into the check out box

didn’t have breakfast but wish we had it looked lovely, we could have had brunch in the lovely bar area

the early check in is a pain at the moment and early checkout (7am) is non existent

loved the late check out and had great lie in becos it was so quiet, even though hotel seemed busy there was

when i went to the bar area for dinner, i was well looked after by the staff, and the food was very good

areas such as restaurants & bar were mostly nice, few areas of decor need touching up as look a little scruffy

but there was a plug in radiator in our room

having the pool and gym was an added bonus

arranged a late check out free of charge (there is usually an extra charge)

the free breakfast was a nice touch as well as the gym

great location, plenty of parking. very quiet. cleanest hotel i ve ever stayed in.

the breakfast was so good, i had the continental and my daughter had the full english

did not have the breakfast, the room was spacious, the beds was comfortable, late check out which was great, the reception let us keep our suitcase their while we had a walk

but when paying for a late check out, its usually for extra sleep time

was there for my birthday, complimentary drinks and a late check out

late check out option is great especial for us as we had been on a works wine tasting event and

secret green was amazing, staff was friendly with kids

12pm late check out was an added bonus too

roomz and bed was so comfy , the new big chef (tudor rose ) where very value for money and the bar area had all sky sports on which was a added bonus, in the morning we went to cheshire oats

had a meal in the restaurant and a few drinks in the bar whilst the footy was on

we also requested a late check out, they gave us untill 2pm which was fab as i have medical issues that require

as i was ill with the flu we requested a late check out which we were given as well as a little well-being pack

issues, wether it be cleanliness, overpriced for what you get and this time couldn t check in, late check out room hadn t been cleaned

special mention to the lovely front of house lady that helped me with keys, the lady on the bar & her wonderful daughter, the chef who walked my dad into the property& the head groundsman

the pool, sauna & steam room were of a very good standard as was the gym and my wife went to a couple of classes
