asked for a late check out and was told to take our time and leave when we wanted too

very accommodating and allowed late check out so i could finish a meeting

the diner was as amazing, great food and service, we had the kids breakfast as we were both still stuffed from dinner

room was very clean, the staff were a little funny, i asked to have a late check out and they agreed, then i had a call asking if i had left and not paid for the bill

food was exceptional and the staff very friendly and helpful even with the waiting time at the bar in the evening we really enjoyed it

it was warm, friendly and sociable as we checked in in the bar where there was a lovely fire burning in the hearth

away between christmas and new year at the pheasant - the weather was awful so we sat in the bar all afternoon by the fire, had a delicious dinner (the food is really very good) and a relaxing

the saturday night with it no being over busy the bar staff were very slow i think a couple may have been new starters

the room service was not great with tepid food, presumably as it was walked across the estate to the

tha bar man wanted to serve me a cognac in a half pint glass!!

only issue was wifi, not working in the room at all, despite multiple reassurances that it would

was perfect for a family visit and it helped hugely to have the option of early check in/ late check out and parking included in the add on we purchased

we check in the night, we should go true a bar and it was a little bit hard with suitcase and child

little bit noisy around considering there's a bar on the ground floor, but location, cosy rooms and the price

were very friendly, let us have a late check out, the bed was large and comfortable (it did have the dreaded middle divide when you

accommodated alk our requests such as early check in and printing documents for us
