room was very clean, the staff were a little funny, i asked to have a late check out and they agreed, then i had a call asking if i had left and not paid for the bill

no parking outside the apartment but there was free parking near by, a 5 minute walk away.

only issue was that waiting staff in the restaurant were also serving in the bar and we had to wait for them to move between the two for service

clean, reception very helpful , comfy beds , spacious room, tasty breakfast!

clean and modern. facilities were good. late check out time is handy.

really lovely time - our waitress was very attentive, the vibe was nice, the beer delicious, the kids entertained with the little wooden block puzzles

issue was aircon was very poor in room 28 baking hot all night (although was very warm outside) ev charging good for us

although it was situated above the restaurant and kitchen area the noise was not intrusive - i've certainly stayed in much worse places for noise

i asked for a one hour late check out and was refused because hotel was full

bed into a table and broke his elbow, after being in a&e until the small hours of the morning, a late check out and complementary breakfast to the room was offered and delivered

fitness & spa facilities were good and a late check out meant i could make the most of them

spacious and modern facilities - very good customer service late check out

complimentary milk and cookie for kids - that was a nice touch. swimming pool was great

really nice room and bonus late check out.

we played cards in the bar and then had room service which arrived promptly and was very tasty

the room description indicated with a view and we had a view of the area behind the kitchen

we had a long flight ahead of us on the day of check out and were allowed to have a late check out which was wonderful
