asked for late check out and they were very much happy to do so with with no problems

crazy kid in the pool alot of fighting and punching . should have staff check on the pool

i didn't like that the lady that cooked or set up the breakfast didn't have on any gloves.

friendly and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, and the hot breakfast buffet was fantastic!

our first weekend away from the kids in years and this was the hotel we booked

indoor pool and laundry center

patios,gazebos,koi pond,furniture and benches, all over the hotel to relax in,late check out time

self serve laundry and a clothes dryer are offered to guests

but the gym and pool were nice

the pool is very nice, large space, beautiful gym with multiple pieces of equipment, weight bench, dumbbells, cable weight set, fresh clean water

th hotel was too far from everytho.g.i had to uber. also airport shuttle was disconnected.

they were very accommodating with early check in and late check out.

convenience- the hotel had a shuttle that ran to the airport.

room was spotless , the breakfast buffet was good , and the employees

plus the 45 uocharge for early check in was a bit of a suprise and the location is not ideal for eating unless you have a

pizza delivered to the room. no breakfast, covid time

quick check in, pleasant front desk staff. we were given a late check out with no problem!

i had an early flight arrival and late departure after my stay

the room is clean, they accommodate my request for late check out which was a perfect in my case

at first she couldn't find my reservations because i was so late arriving

i also like the airport shuttle that is offered

the staff was so friendly, i was exhausted after traveling and they allowed me an early check in once they had an available room

the price for late check out is worth it

staff at check in tried to over charge me and some of them wasn't as friendly as others and the pool area was over crowded and

suite deal: clean, comfortable, eggs cooked to order in the included breakfast buffet, shuttle service to airport, truly great hamburger at their burger

the guest period on a previous floor below us as we were coming up the elevator you can hear kids and older people run up and down the hallway

with a cool clean smell in the room and finishes with nice breakfast early he next morning

so we didn’t have to walk so far we greatly appreciated that she also gave us a little bit of a late check out the following morning knowing that we would take a little extra time getting moving

facilities are great - kids loved the pool and hot tub area

they never called, so we had to keep on checking to see if the room was ready, which was 4 hours later
