no early check in or late check out, they say there are no other rooms available for incoming guests so i must leave

i couldn’t use the pool whole time i was there

there was a shuttle available upon request to take you there from the hotel

i had an early flight arrival and late departure after my stay

the room is clean, they accommodate my request for late check out which was a perfect in my case

at first she couldn't find my reservations because i was so late arriving

shuttle bus can be confusing since it's a white shuttle bus down stairs/outside the airport

booked the hotel for its convenient location to the airport, laundry facilities, and fitness center

so we didn’t have to walk so far we greatly appreciated that she also gave us a little bit of a late check out the following morning knowing that we would take a little extra time getting moving

facilities are great - kids loved the pool and hot tub area

- room is spacious, clean and pleasant - excellent location in dearborn - a very nice bar - everything was just perfect during my stay in this fabulous hotel
