they never called, so we had to keep on checking to see if the room was ready, which was 4 hours later

house keeping was not supposed to be in my room i had a late check out

in was a bit late and staff was a bit abrupt and did not accommodate a late check out i had asked weeks before

staff, kept knocking at my door to confirm late check out after be approved through the hotel website, dirty, a lot of ants , store overpriced

the staff did give us a late check out for the inconvenience

everything in the was amazingly pleasing. i love the pool and fitness room.

was packed with a bunch of kids who ran the halls all day and night and played on the elevators

no early check in or late check out, they say there are no other rooms available for incoming guests so i must leave
