the late check out!

parking, moderate breakfast available for purchase, bed is extremely comfortable, air is crisp, pool and jacuzzi are both open

the pool was a hit with all the kids and services were lovely

soft bed what i didnt like was the kids in the jacuzzi and how dirty the water was i feel like kids are not supposed to be in the

this is ok, but a bar of soap should still be provided

patios,gazebos,koi pond,furniture and benches, all over the hotel to relax in,late check out time

self serve laundry and a clothes dryer are offered to guests

for 3 nights, i got access to a pool, gym, hot tub, and sauna with almost zero people around

good gym transportation to ford museum

but the gym and pool were nice

nice hotel, the staff is extraordinary helpful , thanks for the late check out and the nice hospitality ✌️in the room is everything you need and the breakfast

no early check in or late check out, they say there are no other rooms available for incoming guests so i must leave

there is no late check out on sunday due to staffing

and in the morning after breakfast pool was empty and the kids had a lot of fun

in was a bit late and staff was a bit abrupt and did not accommodate a late check out i had asked weeks before

no late check out was available. the fact that the room wasn't cleaned .

staff, kept knocking at my door to confirm late check out after be approved through the hotel website, dirty, a lot of ants , store overpriced

they never called, so we had to keep on checking to see if the room was ready, which was 4 hours later

staff was excellent, i needed a late check out and the guy at the front desk was extremely accommodating

so we didn’t have to walk so far we greatly appreciated that she also gave us a little bit of a late check out the following morning knowing that we would take a little extra time getting moving

good was good and kept coming, the pool was fun for the kids and helped with the falling to sleep challenge

pool is open late giving the kids the opportunity to burn off energy after sitting in the car for hours

was close to downtown and the shuttle took you where ever you wanted to go

i asked for a late check out and they said not a problem

from the front desk called too many time to reconfirm late check out and then are going leaving

staff were pleasant, and kindly accommodated us with a late check out
